We are located in a tree lined square at the Clock Tower end of Queen Street, just a few minutes walk from the High Street.

We are well located for exploring the Devon countryside and it's numerous attractions, as well as being close to Exeter University, the main shopping areas, and all major road and rail links.

For those travelling by plane, Exeter International Airport is only a short drive from the city centre and the property and Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central train stations are in close proximity, as is Exeter Bus & Coach Station.

How To Find Us

We are centrally located - close to all the facilities provided by the historic city of Exeter.

For convenient travel, we are just minutes away from both St David's & Central railway stations, and from the bus & coach station. Exeter airport is about 5 miles from the centre of Exeter - there is a bus service into the centre and, of course numerous taxi services available.

If arriving by train:
The property is less than 1/2 mile from Exeter St David's station. From the main exit, go past the shops & across the zebra crossing into the steep St Clements Lane. At the top cross the second zebra crossing and turn right. Follow the road to the left and take the first right at the church into Bystock Terrace. We are situated just around the corner on the edge of the square (car park).

From Exeter Central station, use the Queen Street exit and turn right towards the Clock Tower which is in front of you - walk for around 200 metres and turn left into Richmond Road - we are situated just across the square (car park).

If arriving by coach:
The property is less than 1/2 mile from Exeter Bus & Coach station. Turn right out of the station into Paris St and go straight on at the traffic lights and into New North Road, following the road to the left at the mini-roundabout and continue along New North Road until you reach the Clock Tower. Cross at the zebra crossing and into Richmond Road. We are directly in front of you across the square (car park). Taxi services are the best option if you have much luggage and prices are not expensive.

If arriving by road:
Leave the M5 motorway at junction 30, following the signs to the Services. Take the first exit at the Services roundabout, signposted Park & Ride/Middlemoor (B3183). Take a second exit at the next roundabout, signposted City Centre/Heavitree. Keep travelling straight on, through Heavitree village, taking the right handed fork at the very top of the hill. Go down the hill and take the second exit at the roundabout. Go straight on at the traffic lights and into New North Road, following the road to the left at the mini-roundabout. Continue toward the Clock Tower, and across the road. Next take the first left at traffic lights into Hele Road, and then another left at the church into Bystock Terrace. We are situated just around the corner on the edge of the square (car park).
