Well it’s the first of March and we’re on the last leg of winter, the days are getting longer and the Snowdrops and Daffodils are brightening up the verges & parks around the city. One City Under A Groove!

Vibraphonic returns to Exeter this Spring to celebrate all things diverse and progressive in reggae, jazz, hip hop, dub step, soul, funk, blues, drum 'n' bass, electronica and urban music.

Venues for 2016 include Exeter Phoenix, Lemon Grove, Exeter Barnfield, Move (Quayside), The Bike Shed Theatre and various live music or DJ sessions in local pubs and clubs. Highlights this year include Chris Lorenzo, Natty, Hannah Wants, The Three Degrees, Ginger Baker's Jazz Confusion and Babyhead & Cut Capers

Renowned Comedian Mark Steel performs his award winning show “Who Do You Think I am” at Exeter’s Corn Exchange on March 20th (the first day of spring!)

And that’s just a tiny snapshot of what’s happening this month.

There are also Rugby Fixtures at The Exeter Chief’s home ground Sandy Park. The Chief’s are at home to The Newcastle Falcons on the 12th and The Northampton Saints on the 20th.

Exeter has a whole lot to offer this month but if not of it appeals a walk by the river on a fine spring day topped off with a boat trip around the estuary to see the arrival of spring Migrants to the Exe Estuary is a treat for all bird Watchers.
